COACH THE DREAM.

Nike had the goal of establishing themselves as a brand that sees and understands the power, value, and importance of coaching. We created the ‘Coach the Dream’ platform and the accompanying manifesto film as a formal recommitment to shaping healthy relationships between coaches and their athletes, specifically when it comes to the future of youth sports.

So far, the global initiative has included various coaching summits, youth sport workshops, and involvement with some of Nike’s athletes including, Naomi Osaka and Bebe Vio.
